Unlike executive recruiters, business strategy consultants, or workout firms, Hanquoc Emb provides clients with C-level senior and mid-level managers who undertake a broad range of Accelerated Change Leadership assignments that cannot be optimally fulfilled by existing in-house management teams or board members. We don't supply job candidates. We don't write strategy documents. We don't finance the company. And we don't displace existing management teams. We do provide interim management teams that deliver results. Drawing on the operating experience and world view of our network of former Fortune 500 managers, Hanquoc Emb's team-oriented approach to client assignments involves an on-site Hanquoc Emb Manager with direction from an off-site Hanquoc Emb Partner.

Hanquoc Emb began as a Member Company of the EIM International Network which was founded nearly 30 years ago , the premiere European executive search firm, and a Dutch consulting firm. Today, Hanquoc Emb operates as an independent partnership serving clients located both in the United States and internationally.
